  • Educational background (Academic requirements):
    • Bachelor degree of English linguistic studies, English linguistic pedagogical studies, or any university degree related to the education or hospitality field.
  • Requirements for experience:
    • At least 1-2 years of experience working for customer services/ success related to the educational profession/ field.
  • Requirements for knowledge:
    • Possess the knowledge in language or educational programs
    • Possess the knowledge in the educational field
  • Requirements for specific (Specialized) skills:
    • Excellent Vietnamese and English skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Self awareness
    • Improvisation skills
    • Emotional management skills
    • Time and task management.

    • Since our programs' events often take place in the evenings, we would need you to be able to work with a flexible schedule. Please be aware that these are often online events that end at 20:45.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct interviews to select the most qualified students joining our educational programs;
  • Maintaining contact with the parents and students while they enroll in our educational programs;
  • Be the main point of contact with other departments that are relevant (Operations and Language) in order to monitor the students' progress; 
  • Be a main contact point to communicate with students and parents;
  • Assure student satisfaction by gathering feedback and performing data analysis;
  • Comprehend the application procedure thoroughly so that you can assist customers and respond to their questions;
  • Assist and inform the students about the information provided by the school and any relevant procedures;
  • Assist other teams in planning forthcoming events and webinars related to our programs.
